Delatorro Worldwide Empowerment (DWE)
DWE is the parent company that houses Delatorro's professional speaking, publishing, and seminar careers. Through this company, Delatorro travels the globe, delivering between 80 to 100 keynotes and seminars each year . In 2000, after graduating from Florida State University with honors, Delatorro founded his first company, A Noval Idea, Inc. While most people assume that Delatorro named his company after his wife Nova, in reality, Delatorro and Nova had not yet met. However, borrowing inspiration from Oprah Winfrey who named her company Harpo, which is her first name spelled backwards, Delatorro decided to name his company after himself. His middle name being LaVon, Delatorro thus formed A Noval Idea, Inc.
For the last decade, Delatorro L. McNeal, II has been empowering and inspiring audiences both nationally and internationally with his divinely inspired life-transformation principles, paradigms, and programs . In 2004, Delatorro's career and life-changing books opened international doors of television exposure. Being a repeat guest on major network television shows, Delatorro began his journey of becoming an international household name.
